Cake Ordering
"Click and Collect"
I am a non-member customer. Can I order products through "Click & Collect" platform?
Yes. Please visit "Click and Collect" page and log in at "Non-Members" column for online ordering.
If I wrongly logged in as a "non-member" while I have been a member, could I inform your company and get the discount afterwards?
We apologize that all orders could not be changed or cancelled after confirmation. Please pay extra attention before logging in.
Can I use "Click & Collect" online ordering service after completing the A-1 Bakery membership registration and settling the annual fee ?
Yes. After receiving "Membership Registration complete" email, customer can enjoy "Click & Collect" online ordering service as a member . Membership card and $600 gift vouchers can be collected at the designated shop after 7 days once membership registration completed.
Is the ordering process finished after I settled payment for the product(s) I purchased?
The ordering process completed after receiving "Purchase complete" email.
Reminder for Click & Collect
• Ornament(s) on cake(s) may be changed without prior notice due to limited supply. The picture(s) in our website is for reference only.
• Each whole cake (only apply to the cakes under category “Cake” on our Click & Collect page; and not applicable to seasonal products) can come with a birthday plaque, wording “Happy Birthday” is originally written on the plaque and customer(s) may add 4 Chinese words or 15 English alphabets.
• No refund or replacement will be arranged if customer(s) could not pick up the ordered product(s) within the agreed period. A-1 Bakery Group will reserve the right of disposing and not be liable for products picked after expiry date.
• Once the order is paid, there will be no cancellation, alters, exchange, nor refund.
• Pre-order lead time of wedding cake(s) is 45 days (cut-off time is 12:00nn)
• Pre-order lead time of voucher(s) is 10 days (cut-off time is 12:00nn)
• Most of our shops (exclude Yata or Citistore shops) will be operated as normal during hoisting period of Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal 8 or higher or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, customer(s) can pickup the order(s) within agreed period.
• All special discount(s) (including membership discount) and pre-order lead time are not applicable for voucher(s) order(s).
