I forgot my login password. How do I reset my password?

Please visit the member login website, click "Forgot your password?", then enter the registration email address and the first 4 words of the ID card (such as A123) to reset the password.

How do I report a lost membership card?

To report the lost card, please call the Customer Service Hotline at 2634-1188 or email us at cs@a-1bakery.com.hk.
The customer hotline is open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

How do I know the valid date of my membership on my membership card?

The valid dates will be shown on receipt or simply log in the membership website for details.

How do I edit my personal information?

You can simply log in the membership website to change your personal information.
